As you explore the vineyard, you’ll learn about its rich history, which dates back to the 19th century, and how it has become a cornerstone of Chilean wine culture

In the afternoon, we’ll pedal through the rolling countryside to Vina Vik, a masterpiece of design and innovation nestled amidst verdant hills. As you approach, the sleek, modern architecture of the hotel, seemingly floating above the vineyard, is a sight to behold.

As we continue towards Vina la Playa, the landscape offers a visual feast—vast vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see, dotted with the occasional rustic farmhouse. Upon arrival at Vina la Playa, you’ll have time to relax before we delve into a fascinating class on Chilean wines, learning about the unique terroirs that make this region’s wines so special.

We begin by cycling through peaceful backroads towards the charming town of Santa Cruz, where we will set down for the next 2 nights. Midway, we’ll make a detour to Hacienda El Huique, a beautifully preserved estate that offers a glimpse into Chile’s colonial past.
