Truth to tell, Pedal & Sea Adventures is a small — but capable, and experienced, adventure touring company based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada! We don’t want to be the largest, but we strive to be the best! After becoming established in our home province over 20 years ago, we began offering bicycle tours throughout Atlantic Canada and sharing one of the world’s best places for travelers in need of a little R&R — riding and relaxation.
Pedal & Sea Adventures has grown from its humble beginnings, to become the international tour company it is today. Our guest experience and philosophy has resulted in many happy people who come back and tour with us again. Pedal & Sea Adventures can boast an almost 80% guest retention rate (the industry standard is less than 30%). Our guests are our best marketers, and we are proud and grateful to them!

From the very first season when Dana Gallant, our founder, was offering just two Nova Scotia tours, Pedal & Sea Adventures grew every year. Now in ten countries and offering 100+ tour dates, we have not strayed from the core focus of taking very good care of our customers for this tour, and their next!
